Dr. Norm Ross is originally from Kosciosko County. He graduated from Ball State University and the National College of Chiropractic in Lombard, IL. Norm practiced in Hammond, IN before coming to Goshen in 1975. He has been pioneering the concept of low fee chiropractic care since the early 1970's. Serving on the Board of Trustees for two
Dr. Norm Ross is originally from Kosciosko County. He graduated from Ball State University and the National College of Chiropractic in Lombard, IL. Norm practiced in Hammond, IN before coming to Goshen in 1975. He has been pioneering the concept of low fee chiropractic care since the early 1970's. Serving on the Board of Trustees for two chiropractic colleges for fourteen years, he continued to use his education degree in this capacity. Norm uses the diversified technique of adjusting in practice.

Dr. Judy Ross is the wife of Dr. Norm. She is a graduate of Ball State University, the University of Notre Dame and Sherman College of Straight Chiropractic. Due to an arm injury from an auto accident, she is no longer practicing full time. You will see her in the office doing upper cervical adjusting.

Dr. Rick Keim is a graduate of Goshen College and Sherman College of Straight Chiropractic. He has been practicing at the Spinal Adjusting Center since 1976. He is partially retired and enjoys spending his time at the farm training his amazing horse John Henry!

Dr. Megan Keim is the daughter of Rick Keim and the niece of Judy and Norm Ross. She grew up playing at the office and is humbled to be able to practice with her family and continue the legacy of the Spinal Adjusting Center. She attended Butler University, and Sherman College of Chiropractic in South Carolina. She joined the Spinal Adjusting Center after her graduation in 2011.
